Refund Policy

14 days. No questions asked. On every product we sell.

If you buy The Spiral Stopper, The Brain Off Switch, The Worry Window or anything else of ours and it is not for you, email support@tinyignition.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain, justify or persuade us.

How it works

There is no form and no account to cancel, because there is no account. One email is the whole process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Whop and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

The one thing we ask

There is no account and no way for us to see what is on your phone, so we cannot switch off your access and we would not want the ability to. If you take a refund, we ask you to delete the app from your device and delete the accompanying files. That is the whole enforcement mechanism. We are trusting you.

Additional purchases

If you bought an additional product at checkout or afterwards, the same 14 days applies to each item separately.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you have as a consumer where you live.
