Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Tiny Ignition LLC, a company registered in Georgia at 57 Ana Politkovskaia Street, Tbilisi, Georgia ("Tiny Ignition", "we", "us"). They apply to this website, to anything you buy from us, and to the apps and files we deliver.

By buying from us or using our products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use them.

1. Who can buy

Our products are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us or to use our products. If you are under 18, please do not use them.

2. What you are buying

Every Tiny Ignition product, including The Spiral Stopper, The Brain Off Switch and The Worry Window, is a self guided tool delivered as a mobile web app, together with a set of accompanying PDF documents and, where the page says so, audio.

The apps are not distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They run in your mobile browser and can be added to your home screen. They require an internet connection to open. Once open, they store what you write in your device's local storage.

When you buy The Spiral Stopper, you receive access to The Spiral Stopper app, The Pocket Protocol, The Waiting Card, When They Were Right, and Why Is a Trap. How Is a Door.

When you buy The Brain Off Switch, you receive access to The Brain Off Switch app, the guided audio body scan, and Bed Is Not A Waiting Room.

We also offer additional products, both at checkout and after it. The Worry Window is a separate app with its own accompanying documents, offered as an optional addition at checkout. The Spiral Stopper and The Brain Off Switch are each also offered once after the other has been bought.

Each is optional, each is priced separately on the page where it is offered, and each is a one time purchase on the same terms as everything above. Declining either changes nothing about what you have already bought.

There is no subscription. There is no recurring charge. There is no account to create and no password we hold.

3. What we do not sell

The Spiral Stopper, The Brain Off Switch, The Worry Window and every other Tiny Ignition product are not therapy, medical care, psychological treatment, counselling, or a diagnostic tool. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. They are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional, and they are not an emergency or crisis service.

4. Your licence

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non transferable, non exclusive licence to use the app and the accompanying documents for your own personal use, for as long as we operate the app.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, distribute or share the product or your access to it. You may not publish the files or the app link publicly, or upload them to a file sharing service. You may not copy the content into another product, course, app or paid material. You may not reverse engineer the app, or attempt to extract its content to build a competing product. You may not remove or alter our branding or copyright notices.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the app, the documents, the protocol, the wording and the design. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

What you write inside the app is yours. We have no rights over it, no access to it, and no copy of it.

5. Availability, and what "you own it" means

We describe the app as one time purchase software rather than a subscription, and we mean it: we will not charge you again for what you have bought.

The app is hosted on infrastructure separate from this marketing website, specifically so that it does not disappear if this website does. We intend to keep it available indefinitely.

We cannot, however, promise that any internet service will exist forever, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. If we ever have to discontinue the app, we will give notice by email to buyers where we hold an address, with as much warning as we reasonably can.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. Browsers change, devices change, and things break.

6. Your data stays on your device

The app has no user accounts and no server storing what you write. Your entries are held in your device's local storage and are protected by a PIN that you set.

This has consequences you need to understand before you buy.

We cannot recover your PIN. If you lose it, we cannot reset it and we cannot get into your cases. The only way to set a new PIN is to erase the existing data.

We cannot recover your entries. If you clear your browser data, remove the app, reset your device, or lose your phone, your cases are gone. We hold no backup because we hold no copy.

Your entries do not move between devices. There is no sync.

You should export. The app offers an export when you complete a case. If your records matter to you, use it.

By buying, you acknowledge that this design is deliberate, that it is the reason your writing is private, and that the trade above is part of what you are choosing.

7. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the page in US dollars and are payable at checkout through Whop, our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Where you complete a purchase, Whop may store your payment method so that a further purchase you choose to make can be completed without entering your card again. We never receive or store your full card number. Nothing is ever charged without an action from you, and there is no recurring charge of any kind.

We may change our prices at any time. If our sales page states a price valid for a limited number of buyers, that statement is accurate at the time of publication and we will update the page when the price changes.

8. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy. In short: 14 days, no questions asked, and we ask you to delete the product if you take a refund.

9. Results

We make no promise about any particular outcome. Individual experience varies. Anything shown on our pages as a testimonial is one person's description of their own experience and is not a prediction of yours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Ignition LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our products, including lost data, lost profits or lost opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim connected to a product will not exceed the amount you paid us for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live.

11. Third parties

We are an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, Apple Inc., Google LLC, Whop Inc. or any other platform mentioned on our pages. All trademarks belong to their owners.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing buyers will be notified by email where we hold an address.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
